Product Information
Fixed jaw for Metso Nordberg C116 and LT116 jaw crushers. Cast in MN18CR2 manganese steel, the jaw is suited to demanding crushing applications involving rock, recycled material and aggregate.
The fixed jaw sits on the stationary side of the crushing chamber and works against the moving jaw to break material down. Replacing a worn jaw helps maintain the correct crushing profile and supports consistent crusher performance. The C116 forms the crushing unit used in the LT116 mobile jaw crusher, making this jaw suitable for compatible C116 and LT116 applications.
Replacing the jaw before it becomes badly worn helps keep the crusher running as it should and can prevent additional wear on other components within the crushing chamber. The jaw suits quarrying, recycling, demolition and aggregate applications.
