High speed (AK models) impact plate.
This part fits in the top of the rotor mill along with the larger impact plate (QRMS538).
Dimensions – 25mm x 88mm x 1750mm with 11 x M16 countersunk holes.
This part is made from heat treated boron 430-480HBN increasing the wear life over fabricated parts.
The original equipment parts also come in 20mm thickness whereas these are 25mm thick again increasing wear life.
