This 60mm Wear Button is a heavy-duty wear protection component designed to reduce abrasion in localised areas of heavy machinery. Wear buttons are commonly used on bucket edges, cheek plates, adapters, chutes, hoppers, bins, and other areas exposed to high levels of wear and impact.
Suitable for excavators, wheel loaders, shovels, dippers, and other heavy earthmoving equipment, they provide targeted protection where wear is concentrated. Fitting wear buttons to high-wear areas can help protect the underlying material, extend component life, and reduce maintenance requirements.
