Product Information
The CB40 White Iron Chocky Bar is a heavy-duty wear protection solution for high-wear areas on excavator buckets, crushers, hoppers, chutes, and other processing equipment.
Manufactured from high-chrome white iron to AS2027 15/3, this 40mm x 240mm x 25mm chocky bar provides high resistance to abrasion and impact in demanding quarrying, recycling, mining, and demolition applications. With a hardness of over 700 HB, it helps to protect the underlying steel and extend component service life.
The flexible link-style design allows the bar to be shaped around curved surfaces, making it suitable for protecting areas where standard wear plates are difficult to fit.
