5 Piece Carbide Tipped Hammer With Carbide Grit Coating

Tim Shredder 5 piece carbide tipped bolt on hammer with a carbide granule coating applied in a hard faced weld behind the carbide pieces.

The 2 main carbide pieces sitting at the top of the hammer have 1 smaller piece sitting in between them and 2 smaller flat pieces of carbide sitting behind them and then the carbide granule coating is applied behind these to the main face of the hammer.

This is suitable for a green waste application. Waste shredder parts.

2 x M20 x 120mm hexagon bolts (1.5 fine pitch) are required to fit each hammer and these bolts must have at least 48mm of thread to be compatible.

There are 28 pieces per set, but 4 pieces can be replaced with the wider QRMS1169 hammer with 1 fitting at each end of the rotors.
